Grilled chicken and shrimp, with nopalitos (cactus leaves) sautéed with cilantro, bell pepper, tomatoes, green onions and elote.

Fajitas De Camaron (Shrimp)
Large shrimp sautéed with red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro & tomatoes. Scallops available for an additional charge.

Fajitas de la Casa
Tender sliced steak or chicken, sautéed with bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Meat options include chicken, steak, mixed, shrimp.

Fajitas Guadalajara
Tender steak, chicken, pork, and chorizo, sautéed with bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions.

Enchiladas de Langosta (3)
Enchiladas filled with lobster and roasted poblano peppers, topped with cheese and creamy tomatillo sauce, served with rice.

Enchiladas  Campeche (3)
Chicken or ground beef enchiladas garnished with cheese, mild sauce, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream, served with rice and beans.

Enchiladas Morelos (3)
Chicken, spinach and cheese enchiladas with red habanero sauce and queso fresco, served with rice and black beans.

A la Carte Enchiladas (3)
Choice of chicken, beef, cheese & onion, or bean covered with cheese and mild sauce.

Enchiladas Poblanas (5)
One chicken, one beef, one cheese, one bean, one shredded beef with Mexican cheese and mild sauce, side of lettuce with sour cream and chopped tomato.

Enchiladas Morelia (3)
Shrimp and poblano peppers dipped in creamy tomatillo sauce rolled in a flour tortilla with melted queso Oaxaca & chopped green onions, accompanied with Mexican rice.

Enchiladas Tropicales (3)
Grilled chicken or steak white corn enchiladas sautéed with poblano peppers, and our special chipotle creamy sauce, served with rice & fresh pinto beans garnished with queso fresco.
